This place is conveniently located next to the Royal Albert Hall and has a clean building. You will love the restaurant Kappa, just a short walk away.

Bistro Benito, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel. It was definitely 3 stars for us. We loved it

Check in was delayed because the staff had not cleared the accommodation of previous occupant had to wait 2 extra hours after delayed check in while accommodation was cleaned, check in was scheduled for 2 pm, it was after 5 pm before clean accommodation was provided

The location was excellent, with Tesco and Sainsbury's very close by. Excellent transport links.

The apartments could do will a little TLC and the addition of basic washing up liquid, tea bags and coffee etc would be an advantage.

Good location

No good cleaning service. Rats just beside the door. All the rubbish of the rest of apartments is just beside the door the apartment nº 1. It means that the rats are just there every day. The apartment need a good refurbishment. I don't recomend this apartment nº 1

The location is very good, close to subway and bus stations. Area is pretty safe and pleasant with lots of restaurants, and shops and other hotels . Basement apartment is very large and functional with two bathroom (one very old) and a nice kitchen.

The basement apartment literally stinks, because the garbage is stored right under its windows (lots of rats around the garbage). The backyard is very dirty and abandoned. The apartment is serviced once a week, but the towels and linens were not changed until we complained about it. The hotel has no reception to ask for anything - you are mostly on your own. The apartment needs lots of clean up to be called decent.

The location was great, easy access to tube and bus routes. Street was nice, near lots of restaurants and supermarkets. It was comfortable to walk around the streets even at night.. For the price and the ease, having 16 days with two children it was great. Much better than a hotel room and it was great to be able to put children to bed, and have peace in the evenings..It was also great to be able to cook your own meals, cutlery and pots etc. were all supplied, and it had a dishwasher as well as a washing machine/dryer..

My main complaint was that both rooms had three bunk beds instead of one room either a double bed or two singles that could have been pushed together....There could have been a little more assistance with communication re: when the cleaners were coming and what was expected, so they would change the sheets etc. Other than that cleaners were great and the apartment was clean and tidy.

no lift to get us to the fifth floor, and the apartment could do with a make over, also little things like shower mat and a dish cloth would be great.
